Seminar 1: Train Like a Champion Struture: 1. Champion Gameplan: Mendes will provide a thorough insight into the flow and fluidity of his game and the effectiveness of each position. Each participant will have the opportunity to drill the Champion’s entire gameplan AND bring home a handout detailing each step in is gameplan. 2. Competition Regime: mindset, competition strategies, training regime, competition philosophies – that have reaped astounding success for the Mendes brothers. 3. Seminar 2: ADCC No Gi Techniques Structure: 1. Secrets to the No Gi Game: World Champion Guilherme Mendes is the mastermind behind Rafael Mendes’ win at the recent ADCC in Barcelona. Mendes will showcase the brothers’ intricate techniques in detailed sequence. He will demonstrate the No Gi guard game, followed by the No Gi top game. Each participant will also be able to roll with the world class champion so that YOU can witness and experience proven competition strategies to up your own game.
