After much speculation and rumours, the new Australian version of the UFC website is reporting that tickets for the UFC Australia event go on sale on Monday. The event which is scheduled to be held at the Acer Arena in Sydney on February 21st, will the be the first event which the leading MMA organisation will hold an event down under in Australia. Although no current official match-ups are announced, it is highly rumoured that the event will have Wanderlei Silva taking on either English fighter Michael Bisping. Also rumoured to be on the card is Mirko ‘Cro Cop’ Filipovic taking on Ben Rothwell, Stephan Bonnar taking on Krysztof Soszynski and Sydney home town hero Jamie Te Huna taking on Igor Pokrajac. No fights are officially announced yet though.
